I have created a new facebook page named, Rockit's Speed Shop, as a quick place to find setups for the newest game Nascar Heat 2. Not all the setups are posted yet, as I'm working on some of them to make them faster before posting them to the facebook page.

Again, the new facebook page name is: Rockit's Speed Shop

I now have setups posted for most of the tracks for the game Nascar Heat 2. If you have a setup for the new game, that you"d like to post in the forum section, please feel free to do so. Just post it under the track heading already posted for the game you are posting it for. There are a few tracks I don't have yet, and Road America, I seem to suck at, so that one I may just post the heading for you and let everyone that is good at this track post their's there. Enjoy the game!!

Posted and Future Setups for any Nascar games posted here

If any changes need to be made to a setup I've already posted, they will be highlighted in BOLD RED.

Keep in mind that the default setups for these games aren't too bad & can be used as a starting point to make a setup better. Start by changing simple things 1st, for example: Wedge, Tire Pressures, Trackbar, Steering Lock, and Swaybar, then moveup to more complicating settings like, Camber, Caster, Bump, Springs, Rebound, & Gear Ratios. The key is to change 1 thing at a time and test on the track after each change! Take notes on each change & whether it helps or hurts you. I know this seems like it takes an eternity to do this way, but is worth it in the long run!

I will be posting car setups in the forum section as I get time. If you have any requests for certain tracks, let me know & I will post them if I have them, & make changes to them later. There are a few tracks that I don't have yet, & the tracks I do have I'm trying to fine tune before I post them. The tracks that I don't have I will be doing some R&D on. These setups may or may not be faster than yours. This is just to get people who don't have good setups pointed in the right direction.

You should also note, that the setups posted on this website are with a standard PS3 Sixaxis controller & PS4 controller and may or may not work with the steering wheel!

If you have a setup that is better than mine, or one I don't have yet, please feel free to join my site and add your setup to the site! Or you can post a comment stating any changes you would make & why, to an existing setup. It also would be helpful to post the times that you got with a setup that you tried with the changes you made. I created this website to help everyone be competitive in the online racing world. Afterall, it is just a game & there is no prize or money for 1st. Just bragging rights! Lol!

Setup Garage

On the main "Setup Garage" category, I have posted a simple user friendly guide on how to setup your car & how to make adjustments, for those of you who try to do it on your own but always comes out worse. A rule of thumb here is that it will always get worse, before it gets better. I know you've heard this before, but you just have to keep trying different things to see how they work. Adjustments take time & patience to get the setup that is just right! None of the setups posted on here are perfect by any means, but they are a pretty good start!

The Setup Adjustment Guide should apply to both Sixaxis controller users & Steering Wheel users. Mainly because, when you make an adjustment, it is for your driving style & whatever you may be using with your system.

I have given this guide its own page in the "Setup Garage" category in the navigation bar. Just move your mouse over to where it says:"Setup Garage", and the 5 categories should appear. I hope this guide helps all of you wheel users out there & also everyone who wants to make their own adjustments, tailor made to their own driving style.

The guide itself is just a simple overview of the different settings that you can change within the game. If you would like to see more detailed information on each setting and how it works, I have provided 7 subdivisions under the Setup Garage category. Just move your mouse over to where is says "Setup Garage", and the 7 categories should appear. These categories are: Setup Adjustment Guide, Tires Toes & F. Brake Bias, Chassis & Suspension, Balance Weight & Steering, Drivetrain & Aero, Pit Stops, and Setup Troubleshooting.

You will also notice that some of the settings within these categories are different from NTG 2011 & Inside Line. These are also for other racing games and the same principles can be used in any racing game, so keep that in mind. Enjoy!

NTG Inside Line

The game, Nascar The Game Inside Line, is also represented here and I'm sure all of you have played quite a bit of it by now! Anyone playing any of the Nascar games, please feel free to post in the forum section any differences between NTG 2011 and NTG Inside Line, and any new setups you may have created yourself with Inside Line. As always, be sure to post lap times and what assists that you used, along with any new setups that you post. I have added categories for Inside Line in the forum section for anyone to use.

Any of the car setups listed in this website HAVE NOT, been copied from any other website! All of the setups listed on this website have either been created by myself or given to me by other online players voluntarily or a mix of both! All of the setups have been adjusted to MY driving style, so unless someone has the same driving style as I do, any setup that may have the same settings as anyone else is purely coincidental & should be treated as such! The setups published on this website are being made public so other Nascar09, NTG 2011, NTG IL, Nascar 14, Nascar Heat Evolution & Nascar Heat 2, players who don't have good setups, have a good starting point & can adjust to their driving style, so they can be competitive.
